1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hanipy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Hanipy is an automation platform for course creators, operated in compliance with Swedish and International laws.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Hanipy to:

✕ Send spam or unsolicited DMs

✕ Violate Instagram Community Guidelines

✕ Harass or threaten other users

✕ Engage in illegal mass messaging

3. Instagram Integration

By connecting your Instagram account, you grant Hanipy permission to interact with messages and comments on your behalf via the official Instagram Graph API. You remain solely responsible for the content and interactions initiated through your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

Hanipy is provided "as is". We are not liable for actions taken by Meta/Instagram regarding your account, nor for any indirect damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss.
